In our state-of-the-art production facilities, covering approximately 8,500 square meters, we manufacture, assemble, and inspect valves weighing up to 6 tons each.
Thanks to 100% in-house production in the areas of machining and welding, we guarantee the highest quality, flexibility, and short lead times. With a large inventory of raw materials, we can also meet short-notice orders for DIN and ASME valves.

Precision machining using state-of-the-art machinery

Our manufacturing process relies exclusively on CNC-controlled machinery.
This includes four state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers, each with 120 tool stations, which are programmed using 3D CAD/CAM workstations.
This ensures precise, repeatable results—even for complex custom requirements.

High-pressure test bench

On our high-performance test bench, we conduct pressure tests up to DN 800 and 800 bar.
This is supplemented by several smaller test benches as well as a steam test bench to ensure comprehensive quality control.

Welding Technology – Perfection in Every Detail

All welding processes are performed by our own qualified staff using state-of-the-art equipment.
Our welder and process certifications guarantee the highest safety and quality standards.

Our core competencies:

  • Plasma cladding of Stellite and other hard coatings for wedges, seat rings, and cones
  • MAG cladding for valve seats and gate valve seats
  • Submerged arc welding for housings, weld-on nozzles, and flanges
  • TIG cold wire and manual welding for heating jackets, nozzles, and pipe seams
