Our Quality Checks
To ensure the consistently high quality and reliability of our products, we conduct the following inspections and tests using our own staff:
- Incoming Material Inspection
- Identity and Hardness Testing
- Magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing
- Helium leak testing
- Coating thickness measurement
- Pressure and leak tests up to 1000 bar
- Welding work performed by TÜV-certified welders
- X-ray and ultrasonic testing of welds
