Milestones in Our Development
- 1997 – Founding of PROVALVE Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG in Magdeburg
- 1998 – Construction of new facilities and relocation to Niederndodeleben
- 2000–2005 – Expansion into the manufacture of high-pressure valves;
- 2017 – Acquisition of key employees from STRACK GmbH and purchase of the Polish manufacturer CHEMAR Armatura in Kielce.
- 2018–2024 – Investments of over 10 million euros in the modernization of the Polish production facility
- 2025 – Renaming of the Polish plant to PROVALVE CHEMAR Sp. z o.o.
